I made this dish for FDN and it was a hit:
Hash Brown Casserole
1 can cream of potato soup
1 cup (8 ounces) reduced fat sour cream
1 TBLS. flour
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. (24 ounce) frozen shredded hash brown potatoes
2 cups (8 ounces) reduced fat shredded cheddar cheese
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
In a large bowl, combine soup, sour cream, flour, and garlic salt.
Stir in the potatoes and cheddar cheese.
Pour in a 13"x9" baking dish coated with cooking spray. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 50-60 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
