Chocolate Chip Pudding Cake
small pkg. chocolate pudding mix (not instant)
2 cups milk
box of chocolate cake mix
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
vanilla ice cream
Bring pudding and milk to a boil in a 2 quart saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and stir in dry cake mix just until blended. Spread mixture into a greased and floured (or sprayed) 13"x9" pan. Sprinkle evenly with chocolate chips. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 minutes. Serve warm with ice cream.
